I was looking for a car to replace mine which was written off as a result of an RTC. Found what looked like a good prospect advertised by Carl Solutions Bedfordshire and sent a message asking if I could view it the next day. Adam replied straight away and was very friendly and accommodating. The next morning I drove for an hour to see the vehicle and meet Adam. The vehicle was exactly as advertised, low mileage with a great price and had been fully prepared prior to my visit. It was sparkling. Adam offered a test drive having taken me around the vehicle and it did not disappoint. I paid a deposit and arranged to collect it the next day, which Adam arranged despite having family arrangements. After my first visit I contacted Adam with questions I forgot to ask whilst I was there, he always came straight back to me with full and knowledgable answers. Picked the car up with no fuss today after Adam sorted out 6 months warranty for me. Great car, brilliant, friendly, professional dealer. Apart from the hour drive each way, which he was not responsible for, could not have been easier. The company must be trusted as whilst we were on the test drive and today whilst I was picking the car up, Adam was receiving enquiries from all over the country. Great buying experience with a lovely fella who know his stuff. Thanks Adam.

One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. I saw the car on Autotrader at very short notice, and Adam went out of his way to make sure I could view it. When I arrived, I met Billy and took the car for a great test drive — he was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.I wasn’t in a position to take the car on the day, but they kindly offered delivery at a very reasonable price. Billy even delivered it late on a Friday evening so I wouldn’t be without a car for the weekend, which I really appreciated.What stood out most was the follow-up — Billy called a few days later to make sure I was happy with the car. That level of care and attention is rare these days.I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Fantastic service from start to finish!

I recently purchased a Honda Civic Type S GT 1.8L Petrol, and the whole experience was amazing.Buying from Adam was a really good experience. He clearly knows the cars he sells. He was super welcoming, didn't pressure me to buy at all, showed me around the car properly, and answered every single question I had without making me feel rushed.I drove nearly 200 miles to go and see it, and it was definitely worth the trip. The car was exactly as described, with brand new tyres, a new rear subframe, rear shock absorbers, springs, brake discs and pads, all sorted for an amazing price. I was especially happy about the rear subframe, as these tend to go on these Civics (rust and corrosion is a common issue). The fact Adam had already replaced it gave me a great first impression and saved me a having to deal with it later on during ownership.He even arranged same-day delivery to my house, despite it being 200 miles away, I left as a very happy customer.I've had the car for a month now, and I've had zero issues at all, no warning lights, been completely faultless.If I ever need another car, I'll definitely be coming back here. Distance isn't a concern when you know you're getting a car that's properly described and prepared like this one was.

The team were friendly, honest and not pushy at all, which made the whole process very straightforward. The car was exactly as described, clean and well prepared when I collected it.
